Termination

We can shut down your access whenever we want, for any reason, and we don't need to give you a heads up or explain ourselves. If you break these Terms, that's definitely grounds for it. Once we do, your ability to use the Service stops right away.

Limitation of Liability

No matter what happens, Grandcanvas's total liability is capped at whatever you actually spent using the Service. If you haven't bought anything, the cap is around 100 dollars. Within the limits the law allows, Grandcanvas and our suppliers aren't responsible for special damages, lost profits, lost information, business interruption, personal harm, privacy violations, or anything else tied to the Service not working or not being available. This applies even if we knew something bad might happen.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

You're getting the Service exactly as it is right now, with whatever problems it might have. We're not making any promises about it—not stated, not implied, not legal promises, nothing. That includes promises that it'll work for what you want to use it for. To be totally clear, we're not saying the Service will run smoothly, that it won't have errors, that the information is accurate or up to date, or that it's safe from viruses and malware. We just can't guarantee any of that.

Governing Law & Disputes Resolution

The laws of the Country, not including the part about which state's laws apply, govern these Terms and how you use the Service. You might also be bound by local or national laws depending on where you are. If something goes wrong or you're frustrated with the Service, you agree to reach out to Grandcanvas first and try to work it out before doing anything else.

Compliance & Regulations

For users in the European Union: You have the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your country, whatever those are. For users in the United States: You're saying that you're not in a country under U.S. embargo and that you're not on any U.S. government prohibited persons list.

Severability and Waiver

If a court decides some part of these Terms can't be enforced, that part gets fixed or reworded so it can work as intended. Everything else stays in place. If one of us doesn't enforce something here, that doesn't mean we can't enforce it later. And letting something slide one time doesn't mean we're letting it slide forever.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We might have translated these Terms for you, but if there's a disagreement, the English version wins. We can change these whenever we want. If it's a big change, we'll try to give you at least a month's notice. Keep using the Service after that and you're agreeing to the new version. These became effective on the date shown below.
